Countless regulations – we have the overview!

An endless regulatory complexity, many feel the demand for safety concepts in water parks and leisure pools. Many legislative changes and comprehensive set of standards complicate the overview. We observe current judgements and changes in legal situation.

In cooperation with the Competence Centre Travel law at the University of Kempten, our test procedures are always on the current status. We have the overview of judgements in European travel law, duty to maintain safeties and European / American standards.

Good to know: Since 2006 according to BGH- judgement is the operator of a facility not only responsible for safety, but also tour operators if visitors book about them!
